What we’re about
The First Best Place Task Force is a grassroots organization seeking to promote economic development in the Columbia Falls area and to improve the quality of life for our community.
The task force intends to create a thriving environment by building on the area’s colorful history and unique connection to its natural setting.
The vision is to re-establish the Columbia Falls area, the oldest living community in the Flathead Valley, as The First Best Place.
